jMedGuard reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy. jMedGuard cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of jMedGuard.com.

Free shipping for purchases above $200 in Singapore and Overseas. A flat rate S$5.00 for Singapore domestic delivery and $10.00 for Overseas shipping when purchases are below $200. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

jMedGuard orders are shipped with DHL Express couriers. However please note our delivery timeframe has currently been extended. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. Non-metro areas may add an additional day to delivery timeframe. Track your order here.
COVID-19 - BUSY PERIODS WARNING:
Please be aware extended delivery time frames may apply during this period. Delivery may be within an extra 1 to 3 business days than originally recommended.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours as DHL requires a signature upon delivery. If a business address is provided, DHL also requires the business' name. Should no one be present to sign when delivery is attempted, DHL will continue to attempt delivery during weekday business hours.
Once an order has been dispatched, Seafolly is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
